My mom in law was moved to Hilltop after an 11 day stay in the hospital ICU made necessary by the neglect at another nursing/rehab facility in town. There was a night and day difference in the care she received at Hilltop. The staff care team met with family to make a plan for mom’s care and kept us well updated. They were very caring and gentle as they administered care and showed genuine concern as they skillfully attended to her needs. We are so grateful for the staff there. Even as we grieved the loss of mom they were genuine in their care.

We wish to give thanks to management, staff and medical professionals for the great care given to my mom recently. While mom was not at Hilltop very long before her passing I was very impressed with the caring staff . From day one while transferring her from the hospital to hospice all our questions and concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.

My mother fell out of her shower (at home) early March 2019. She broke both her right arm and right hip. She arrived at Hilltop Village at the end of March, after three weeks at Petersen Hospital. Slowly, but surely, the staff at Hilltop got her to a point that she can get out. And, she was taken good care of while getting to the rehabilitation she needed.

My husband had a stroke 12/20/19 and a second, more severe stroke 12/26/19. We were sent to Hilltop Village after the hospital stay. I am truly amazed at Mike’s progress due to the successful program set up by Hilltop’s rehab staff. These professionals are top rate. They truly do fulfill their Mission Statement of, “to enhance and inspire the lives of all we serve”.

FAQ

Have a Question?

Get in Touch

Considering a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility can be a confusing process. Please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. We’re here to help.

How do I pay for my time at your facility?

We work with most major insurances–including Medicare and Medicaid–to cover your stay and services provided. Use the contact form or give us a call to answer questions about your specific plan or provider.

What should I bring with me during my stay?

In general, we will provide you with basic essentials for living and hygiene. If you have specific products you like to use, please feel free to bring them. You’ll need comfortable clothing for 7-10 days, and any personal items you’d like to have, though we recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home.

Who do you treat for rehabilitation services?

We are a skilled nursing facility, or SNF. Our therapists specialize in physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help individuals regain their independence at home. Typical patients are elderly, and require rehab following an accident or surgery, and their stay is usually covered by insurance. We do not offer drug or alcohol rehabilitation services.
